Register a General Complaint against the Police.

This section covers minor incidents that do not warrant a court hearing. For example, you walk into a Police Station and you get treated badly as if you were a criminal. The police have no right to be nasty to you! They are supposed to help, assist and advise you in a commonly decent manner. If you wish to complain, we will forward your complaint to the District Commissioner for comments. There is NO CHARGE for this service.

Register a case of Abuse / Brutality against the Police.

This is a very serious allegation. Once you start the process, you MUST be prepared to go to court! You will need to ensure that all your information is correct and you will need to accumulate as much evidence as possible - This can include Doctor's reports etc. You will need an Attorney in this matter. We will find you an Attornet FREE OF CHARGE but please note that he will be charging you for his services. After winning your case, you can sue the police for monetary compensation.

Register to SUE the Police.

Once you have won a case in court of police abuse, you can clam damages from the Police. The services of your Attorney WILL attract charges. In some cases, an Attorney will offer you an option of a percentage of the payout instead of paying his fees upfront.
