Welcome to PAPA - "People Against Police Abuse"
It is a common fact that all over the world, and especially in South Africa, many innocent people are in some way or other affected by Police Abuse!
Police abuse can be found in many forms, and usually starts when you go to the police station to report a crime or ask for assistance and you are treated like a criminal or worse. One of the worst forms of police abuse is physical assault against innocents, as we recently saw on the Carte Blance TV programme recently where groups of students were physically attacked, tortured and shot at by the police on a raid in a Stellenbosch Pub.
PAPA - People Against Police Abuse is a newly formed non-profit private organisation that is run entirely by volunteers who strive to assist the victims.

Our Mission Statement
Using available technology, the Police Complaint Center documents and investigates alleged incidents of police abuse to assist the public at large in receiving true justice.
Our staff / associates are students, researchers, attorneys, former police officers and licensed private investigators. We believe that many police organizations have done a poor job of protecting the public from abusive officers.
Our primary service is assisting victims of misconduct with reporting complaints to appropriate enforcement agencies. We also investigate Police and Traffic Police that are accused of abusive behavior.

Wake Up South Africa is a forum where you are able to claim your constitutional right to the Freedom of Speech without fear of discrimination.
This website forum is hosted in the USA and is thereby governed by the laws of the USA where this right is strongly enforced.
